You Never Know When You’ll Need to be FIT or Strong

Being physically fit and strong has many benefits.

Number one benefit that most think about is being lean or (1) managing their weight.

Listed below are several more that don’t get talked about enough.

When your fit you’ve reduced (2) your risk for several diseases. If your strong more than likely you have strong (3)bones. Huge benefit if you ever suffer a fall. If your fit then you probably exercise on a somewhat regular basis. When you exercise consistently, especially strength train, then more than likely you have a good amount of (4) energy. What most people don’t realize is that to have more energy, you have to expend it. It’s been proven in several studies but stronger people live (5) longer. In times of a crisis its almost always better when your fit and strong.
